Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer – VAP & Performance for an Offshore Client project, to be based at the Client Office (HQ) in Abu Dhabi.

The role focuses on invoicing, staffing, dashboards, and governance across VAP and performance streams. The ideal candidate has 15 years of oil and gas experience, with 5–8 years in offshore projects, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and familiarity with ADNOC programs.

Qualifications

• 15 years of oil and gas industry experience.
• 5–8 years’ experience in offshore projects.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing & financial tracking across PMC with internal stakeholders.
• Staffing plan development and resource management across projects.
• Lead dashboards and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
• Project staffing analytics to forecast manpower and cost/performance.
• Coordinate with IPMT teams, internal stakeholders, and contractors.
