Eram Talent in Jeddah seeks a Building Automation Maintenance Engineer to maintain and enhance the Niagara 4-based IKAS and Integrated Fire Alarm Automation System (IFAS). You will ensure system health, troubleshoot alarms, manage backups, and coordinate IT/network activities to support expansion and optimization.

The role requires strong RCA skills, BAS knowledge, and fluency in English, with hands-on Niagara 4 administration and maintenance experience.

Competenze

Bachelor degree in CS or EE or equivalent.
7+ years in automation/building systems.
3+ years with Niagara platform-based BAS.
Experience with Niagara 4 system administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Knowledge of BAS, fire alarm, lighting, and power monitoring.

Mansioni

Monitor IKAS/IFAS functionality and prepare daily system health reports.
Investigate system alarms and faults, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.
Create and manage Niagara 4 user accounts with approved access levels.
Coordinate with IT teams to resolve network, server, and VM issues.
Develop and configure SQL database scripts for reporting requirements.
Prepare monthly system status and performance reports.
