DeepSource Technologies in Jeddah is seeking a specialized BMS engineer to design, program, and commission automated building management systems using Niagara N4. You will integrate HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and access control, and develop dashboards and control sequences for energy efficiency and reliability.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience with Niagara N4, a bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics/instrumentation/CS/mechatronics, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with Niagara N4 framework is required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of BMS, IoT subsystems, and energy management.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop BMS architecture based on project requirements.
• Install and configure BMS hardware and software (controllers, sensors, actuators).
• Program control logic and automation sequences for HVAC, lighting, and other subsystems.
• Test and commission BMS systems to ensure functionality and performance.
• Monitor and optimize energy consumption using BMS analytics.

A specialized engineering professional responsible for designing, programming, and commissioning automated building management systems with a strong emphasis on the Niagara N4 framework. They integrate critical low-current and IoT subsystems—such as HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, and access control—using industry-standard protocols like BACnet and Modbus. By developing user-friendly graphic dashboards and automation sequences, they optimize building energy efficiency, system performance, and operational reliability. Additionally, they manage field hardware deployment, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and collaborate closely with MEP teams and subcontractors throughout project lifecycles.

• Design and develop BMS architecture based on project requirements.

• Create custom dashboards, alarms, and trend logs within Niagara N4 for real-time system monitoring and analytics.

• Familiarity with BMS, ELC, ICT, IOT and other low current systems.
• Experience: 1-3 years using Niagara N4 framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science or Mechatronics Engineering
• Computer Literate, AutoCAD, Advance in Excel and other Office tools.
• Excellent in English Language.
