Qualifications

8+ years of professional motion design, animation, and video production.
Portfolio showcasing top-tier motion graphics, VFX, and animation work.
Bachelor's or Master's in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
Leadership experience mentoring design teams.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and execute industry-leading motion graphics, animations, and video productions.
Develop and implement creative strategies for motion design across marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.
Oversee the full production pipeline from ideation, scripting, and storyboarding to animation, editing, and final output.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to align visual storytelling with business objectives.
Lead and mentor junior, mid, and senior-level designers, ensuring continuous skill development and innovation.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging tools, and new animation techniques to push creative boundaries.
Ensure the highest quality standards in all motion design projects while maintaining brand consistency.
