Job summary

Rasan in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to lead high‑quality visual experiences that strengthen our brand across fintech marketing, product, and communications. You will create digital and multimedia content, collaborating with marketing, brand, product, UX/UI, and communications teams, using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion design, and AI tools.

We expect 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, and a degree in graphic design or related field.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.
5–8 years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital design, motion/video, and AI‑assisted work.
Experience collaborating with Marketing, Brand, Product, UX/UI, and Communications teams.
Proficiency in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual assets that reflect the brand identity.
Design digital campaigns, social content, ads, presentations, infographics, and collateral.
Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently.
Translate fintech and tech concepts into clear, engaging designs.
Contribute ideas during campaign planning and development sessions.
Maintain high design quality, typography, composition, color, and hierarchy.
Support new visual concepts as the brand evolves.
