TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Planner to support planning, scheduling, monitoring, and execution of large-scale industrial projects in the Dammam area. The role emphasizes integrated schedules, coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup, and clear reporting to stakeholders.

Applicants should have 10+ years in project planning for heavy industry, strong Primavera P6 skills, and a proven EPC/EPCM background.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling for large industrial projects.
• 5+ years supporting construction planning activities.
• Experience within Mining & Metals, Minerals Processing, Chemical Processing, Manufacturing, heavy industrial projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, resource loading, progress measurement, CPM, and EPC/EPCM environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Support forecasting, progress measurement, and schedule performance reporting.
• Establish sequencing, resource loading, and critical path analyses.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, delays, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls teams for schedule integration.
• Produce weekly and monthly schedule reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Conduct schedule updates, variance analysis, and earned value assessments where applicable.
• Support planning workshops and schedule review meetings with stakeholders.
• Assist in commissioning and start-up planning to support handover.
