Job summary

Uasmart is seeking a qualified Planning Engineer based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, to lead project scheduling and progress control. This role focuses on developing and maintaining schedules with Primavera P6 or MS Project, tracking progress, and providing timely reporting to project teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, willingness to travel to Jubail as required, and experience in construction, industrial, or oil and gas projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel to Jubail as required.
• Ability to work in Dammam.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays and risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with project teams to support timely completion of activities.
• Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning support.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Support project execution and project timeline management.
