Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a Planner/Scheduler for a major metro project in Riyadh. You will develop, review, and update project schedules, ensuring planning and progress control align with contract requirements and reporting standards.

The role involves collaboration with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate planning across the project. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of scheduling experience in major construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project planning and scheduling experience in major projects.
• Experience in metro/rail or large infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor baseline schedules and recovery plans.
• Verify schedules align with contract milestones and execution plans.
• Monitor progress vs baseline and identify delays or critical issues.
• Analyze critical path, logic, float, and sequencing of activities.
• Prepare planning and progress reports and dashboards for reviews.
• Participate in progress meetings and provide schedule input.
