Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within infrastructure or transport projects.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle including early-stage design and procurement.
• Experience working within engineering consultancy or project management environments.
• Ability to manage complex schedules across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Effective communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive schedules covering design, procurement, and construction phases.
• Perform detailed critical path analysis to identify delays and optimization opportunities.
• Track progress against baseline schedules and highlight variances.
• Coordinate planning inputs with engineering, commercial, and delivery teams.
• Evaluate schedule impacts related to changes, risks, and contractual events.
• Support integration of work breakdown structures and resource planning frameworks.
• Generate reports on project performance, forecasts, and schedule health.
• Maintain clear documentation of updates, delays, and planning decisions.
• Facilitate coordination meetings to align stakeholders on milestones.
