Senior Merchandiser — In-Store Growth & Planograms

PepsiCo in the Eastern Province is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize on-shelf presence across OT outlets and ensure displays meet planograms. You will conduct in-store sampling when required and report market information to the pre-seller daily, while maintaining a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
• Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.
• Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.
• Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
• Rotate product using FIFO method, and remove sub-standard products.
• Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
• Monitor and report competitive activities.
• Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.
• Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor.
• Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.
• Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
