AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Resident Engineer – MEP in Saudi Arabia to lead on-site MEP delivery across HVAC, electrical, ELV, plumbing, and fire protection. You will supervise contractors, coordinate interfaces with civil and architectural teams, and ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence for large-scale projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE), CEng or equivalent registration, PMP preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in MEP design, construction supervision, and project delivery.
• At least 5 years in a Resident Engineer or Senior MEP supervisory role on major projects in KSA or GCC.

• Lead and oversee all site-based MEP construction activities from mobilization through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Provide expert technical guidance on HVAC, electrical power, ELV, plumbing, fire protection and BMS.
• Review design modifications, RFIs, value engineering proposals and change requests.
• Ensure constructability reviews and design compliance throughout project execution.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality management and safety standards.
• Coordinate with civil/structural/architectural/infrastructure works and stakeholders.
• Chair meetings and prepare executive-level progress and risk reports.
