Job summary

leading-edge is seeking a seasoned Medical Manager to lead underwriting and claims operations for a major insurance client in Riyadh. You will ensure compliance and service quality through TPAs and manage a cross-functional team.

The role requires strategic oversight of underwriting, claims, client development, and provider networks, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of relevant experience, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial role.
• University graduate with a professional certification/membership in a relevant field
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee underwriting and claims procedures and supervise staff.
• Collaborate with Production team to win new business and quote terms.
• Maintain premium registers and assist with financial follow-ups.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient service.
• Conduct market analysis and provide data-driven insights to senior management
