MCG Talent is seeking a Senior Media Executive to join a dynamic independent media consultancy serving brands across the UAE and wider region. This role offers the chance to sharpen strategic planning, analytics and client-facing skills while working on a range of media challenges.

Responsibilities include developing integrated media strategies, reviewing plans with data-driven input, analyzing performance for ROI improvements, and coordinating with clients, agencies and partners to deliver

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in media planning, media strategy or integrated media.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with media performance data.
• Digital media understanding with exposure to TV, OOH, radio or print.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development of integrated media strategies and plans across digital and traditional channels.
• Review media plans and recommendations and provide data-led input.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Conduct market, audience and competitor research to support media recommendations.
• Prepare client presentations, reports and campaign reviews.
• Work closely with clients and their media agencies to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
• Support media audits, campaign evaluations and agency pitch processes.
• Monitor industry trends, media developments and emerging platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered effectively.
• Contribute to developing strategic recommendations for clients.
