Job summary

Ladun is seeking a Mechanical Foreman for an on-site role in Saudi Arabia. The candidate should have 4-5 years of hands-on mechanical construction experience and be able to join immediately.

The role requires strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems, with leadership and effective communication to coordinate site activities and ensure safety and quality across the project.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Foreman in construction projects.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
• Available for immediate joining.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical site activities.
• Lead and monitor mechanical technicians and skilled workers to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all mechanical installations are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain smooth project execution.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Report daily progress, manpower, and material requirements to the Site Engineer.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays.
• Assist with testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
