Job summary

Terumo Europe NV seeks a Senior Compliance Officer to build and manage the healthcare compliance and distributor management program for the MEA region. You will be the first point of contact for BUs, countries, and functions, providing day-to-day advice, training, and monitoring.

You will lead compliance projects, collaborate with legal, and contribute to centres of excellence. Fluency in English, Arabic preferred; Master’s in law and at least five years in healthcare compliance required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law, preferably in Compliance.
• At least 5 years of healthcare compliance experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Terumo Europe TE compliance program in the MEA region.
• Advise and train BUs and countries on healthcare compliance and distributor management.
• Perform due diligence, transparency reporting, and audits.
• Coordinate with Senior Legal Counsel and contribute to centres of excellence across EMEA.
