Job summary

Fluor is seeking a Senior Lead for Material Management to guide planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier governance on large EPFC projects in Saudi Arabia. You will drive strategy, oversee cross‑functional teams, and ensure alignment with contracts, budgets, and schedules.

The role requires extensive experience in material management within industrial EPC/EPFC settings, strong leadership, and stakeholder collaboration across construction, quality, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or 18+ years of equivalent experience without a degree.
• Extensive experience in material management, procurement, logistics, and supply chain in large EPC/EPFC projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary and culturally diverse teams.
• Strong commercial acumen to support growth and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for material management across projects.
• Direct planning, procurement, expediting, logistics, supplier quality surveillance, and field material management.
• Ensure execution of Material Management Plans aligned with objectives, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead audits and performance assessments to ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop and deliver material management training and governance for project teams.
• Review, negotiate, and approve contract terms per requirements.
• Monitor material status, risks, and KPIs, reporting to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with project, construction, quality, and engineering teams for efficient execution.
• Build relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop material management personnel while driving continuous improvement.
