Job summary

Qiddiya Digital seeks a hands-on Senior Expert - MarTech to own the technical design, integration quality, release readiness and platform reliability across Adobe Experience Cloud and related MarTech platforms.

The role provides technical leadership to vendor teams, ensures security and scalability, and eliminates black-box delivery while preserving critical MarTech knowledge within Qiddiya.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or senior development / tech lead roles in digital platforms.
• Hands-on with MarTech stacks and enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead vendor engineering teams and ensure technical quality.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of MarTech platforms and integrations across multiple Adobe and third-party tools.
• Define and maintain MarTech architecture, patterns and release approach.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across design, development, configuration, integration and production support.
• Lead vendor teams to comply with Qiddiya Digital standards and architecture principles.
• Review and approve technical designs, data models and tracking specifications.
• Ensure automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring and runbooks are in place.
• Drive knowledge transfer so Qiddiya can operate and evolve the MarTech stack.
