We are looking to hire a Senior Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. This role focuses on hands‑on execution, coordination, and day‑to‑day management of marketing activities, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and campaign performance.

The position is ideal for a proactive marketing professional who can manage multiple initiatives, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and ensure consistent brand execution across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Oversee daily marketing activities to ensure timely and efficient execution.
  • Manage and support digital marketing activities, including social media accounts and website content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies regarding campaigns and content delivery.
  • Coordinate with tenants on marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with the mall’s overall marketing plan.
  • Monitor digital performance and campaign progress, and support reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to approved brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail, real estate, or mall environments.
  • Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content coordination.
  • Strong coordination, follow‑up, and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agencies simultaneously.
  • Good analytical skills and basic experience with marketing performance reporting.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
