Job summary

Mawj Marketing in Riyadh is building an in-house marketing team across account management, media, creative and production. You will own marketing for a portfolio of brands end to end: strategy, planning, paid media, content, CRM, conversion, reporting and AI-enabled workflows.

This hands-on leadership role requires you to lead specialists, work with brand management, and demonstrate measurable results through numbers, from awareness to enrolment or bookings, while deepening understanding of the

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing experience with a track record of results.
• 2+ years leading a marketing team or portfolio of accounts.
• Agency, multi-brand or senior in-house background.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behaviour.
• Advanced practical AI use in marketing, automation and analysis.
• Strong command of Meta Ads and Google Ads; knowledge of other platforms.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, attribution and conversion tracking.
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Build annual, quarterly and monthly plans with measurable objectives and budgets.
• Develop customer journeys and conversion funnels.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research.
• Adapt campaigns to Saudi culture, behaviour, seasonality and trends.
• Lead paid media across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Own funnel and conversion, review landing pages and forms.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and reporting for performance insights.
• Coordinate with sales, admissions, customer service and operations.
• Maintain GA4, GTM, tracking standards and dashboards.
• Communicate performance and decisions to brand management.
