Job summary

International Maritime Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction and integration of Living Quarters and Helideck on offshore rigs. You will coordinate onsite planning, material and labor allocation, and detailed scheduling to ensure safe, on-time project delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent English communication, and a track record in shipyard or offshore projects with complex technical demands.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English.
• Experience in shipyard/offshore projects and rig building.
• Strong planning, scheduling and method development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and system integration of Living Quarters and Helideck on the rig.
• Coordinate onsite planning of materials, labor, and subcontractors per project needs.
• Develop build methodology and work with Engineering and Construction teams.
• Create and manage project schedules with Construction Manager.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor deliveries to meet construction phases.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors and foremen.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ regulations and project certifications.
• Deliver timely progress reporting and schedule management.
