Lenovo in Riyadh is seeking a Quality Lead to oversee NPI quality management and drive corrective actions across cross-functional teams. You will manage manufacturing quality during mass production, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure site QA at the KSA factory with robust processes and controls.

• Lead quality management during the NPI phase by identifying risks and driving CAPA with cross-functional teams.
• Manage manufacturing quality during mass production, perform root cause analysis and drive effective resolution.
• Oversee on-site quality management at the KSA factory and ensure processes and controls are implemented.
• Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Partner with Development, Manufacturing Engineering, SQE, Test Engineering, and Site Operations teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional actions to prevent recurrence of quality issues.

Responsibilities

Lead quality management during the server New Product Introduction NPI phase by proactively identifying quality risks and potential issues and driving cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions Manage manufacturing quality during the mass production phase by proactively identifying quality problems conducting root cause analysis and driving effective resolution to ensure continuous quality improvement Responsible for on-site quality management at the KSA factory Ensure quality processes inspection standards and manufacturing controls are effectively implemented and maintained across production operations Monitor manufacturing quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational excellence Partner closely with Development Manufacturing Engineering MPM SQE Test Engineering and Site Operations teams Ensure all factors that may impact product quality are effectively identified controlled and continuously monitored Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence through systematic corrective actions
