  • Technical Supply Chain Governance - sets portfolio requirements for spares, tools, inventory, warehouse and lifecycle support.
  • Technical Training & Competency Management - defines competency standards, training pathways and portfolio tracking.
  • Technical Document Control - governs technical files, asset information and document management structures.
  • Establish, maintain and review corporate frameworks, policies and minimum controls for assigned disciplines.
  • Define governance boundaries: framework, monitoring and reporting of systemic issues.
  • Develop and maintain the technical supply chain framework for attraction maintenance and lifecycle support.
  • Define asset requirements and spare parts classification within the asset master data and systems.
  • Establish templates and controls for technical requisitions, vendor information, warranty and supplier performance reporting.
  • Manage Central Warehouse receiving operations and stock visibility.
  • Review complex data and report risks affecting availability, maintainability or cost.
  • Maintain framework for competency requirements, training pathways and renewal criteria.
  • Own the corporate competency framework and tracker methodology.
  • Define templates for training, assessment, and knowledge transfer with providers.
  • Monitor governance, data quality and identify gaps through audits and inputs.
  • Define actions and track their effectiveness through managers.

Job description

The Senior Manager - Entertainment Operations Maintenance (Supply Chain & workforce competency) establishes and governs the frameworks at corporate level, applicable portfolio wise:


Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities


  • Technical Supply Chain Governance - sets portfolio requirements for critical spares part, tools, inventory, central warehousing and lifecycle support; across SEVEN stakeholders

  • Technical Training & Competency Management - defines competency standards, training pathways, assessment evidence and portfolio tracking

  • Technical Document Control - governs technical files, asset information, records and document-management structures; management of changes.

  • Establish, maintain and periodically review the corporate frameworks, policies and minimum controls for the assigned disciplines

  • Define clear governance boundaries: set the framework, monitors implementation and reports systemic issues

  • Develop and maintain the technical supply chain framework for attraction maintenance, covering critical spares, consumables, special tools, test equipment, inventory criticality, obsolescence and lifecycle support.

  • Define minimum requirements of assets listed under the Master asset list system; simultaneously defining spare parts, and consumables classification, specifications, master data, traceability, storage and preservation, stock-control principles and EAM/ERP/CMMS linkage.

  • Establish standard templates and controls for technical requisitions, OEM/vendor information, long-lead visibility, warranty support and supplier-performance reporting, and support portfolio vendor strategies with the corporate stakeholders (Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Logistics, and IT).

  • Manage Central Warehouse receiving operations, including physical and documentary verification of incoming items, quantity and condition checks, discrepancy recording and escalation, system receipt and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing, and appropriate storage, preservation, traceability and stock visibility.

  • Review complex implementation and portfolio data through periodic functional governance assessments, report systemic risks affecting availability, maintainability or cost, and initiate corrective actions based on his own audits, department's observations, and internal, external, or authority audits findings.

  • Establish and maintain the corporate framework for role-, asset- and task-based competency requirements, training pathways, assessment evidence, authorisation levels and renewal criteria.

  • Own the corporate competency framework, tracker methodology and consolidated portfolio competency view. Maintain a clear distinction between training attendance, assessed competence.

  • Define minimum templates and records for training, assessment, refresher activities, mentoring and OEM knowledge transfer in coordination with Learning & Development and approved providers.

  • Monitor framework implementation and competency-data quality, using governance reviews, performance trends, incidents, internal or external audit findings, OEM recommendations and other stakeholder inputs to identify gaps, expiries and capability risks.

  • Define and initiate actions, such as new or revised training materials, toolbox talks, refresher or remedial training, competency reassessment or updated requirements, and track implementation and effectiveness through the responsible Complex Technical Managers.

  • Develop and maintain the corporate technical document-control framework, covering ownership, review, approval, revision, access, distribution, retention, supersession and handover.

  • Define standard technical-file requirements, registers, naming conventions, attributes, metadata, taxonomies and EDMS or shared-drive structures for attraction technical information and records.

  • Define, in coordination with Asset Management and EAM/CMMS/IT system owners, asset-information requirements, including classification, master data, tagging and links between assets, maintenance plans, documents, spare parts, tools and competency requirements within EAM/CMMS/ERP systems.

  • Review complex-level implementation, completeness, currentness and accessibility through periodic functional governance assessments; report gaps and follow up closure.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, operations, asset management, engineering or another relevant discipline.

  • A postgraduate qualification in management, operations, logistics or a related discipline is desirable.

  • Professional qualification in supply chain, logistics or transport is desirable.

  • Relevant ERP/EAM/CMMS, document management, or technical training and competency certification is advantageous.
