Job summary

Mace is a leading construction consultancy delivering a major mixed-use development in Saudi Arabia. We require a senior manager of structural engineering to provide technical leadership from concept through construction, ensuring design quality, compliance and sustainability while coordinating design delivery and stakeholder engagement.

You will lead integrated teams, manage consultants and authorities, and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in structural engineering or related discipline; master’s preferred.
• Chartered Engineer or PMP accreditation advantageous.
• Significant structural leadership experience on major commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Strong design, standards, stakeholder and consultant management capability.

The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

The senior manager - structural engineering provides technical leadership across ensuring design quality, compliance and sustainability from concept to construction. The role supports coordinated design delivery, consultant performance, value engineering and stakeholder engagement to create investment-grade office assets and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

You’ll need to have:
