Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of feasibility analysis, business planning, or investment analysis.
• Experience with large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong financial modeling skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and investment committees.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end feasibility studies and business plans for residential apartment projects.
• Drive unit economics: unit mix, pricing, absorption, densities, and market assumptions.
• Prepare investment-ready packs and financial summaries for senior management and investment committees.
• Collaborate with Development, Design, Cost Planning, Sales, and Planning teams to ensure financial optimization.
• Challenge inputs to maintain commercial discipline and realism.
