Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Feasibilities and Business Plans to lead the financial and commercial feasibility analysis of residential apartment developments across the Qiddiya master plan. This role ensures apartment schemes are commercially viable, optimally configured, and aligned with market demand and investment return requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
10+ years of feasibility analysis, business planning, or investment analysis.
Experience with large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
Strong financial modeling skills and stakeholder management.
Experience presenting to senior executives and investment committees.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end feasibility studies and business plans for residential apartment projects.
Drive unit economics: unit mix, pricing, absorption, densities, and market assumptions.
Prepare investment-ready packs and financial summaries for senior management and investment committees.
Collaborate with Development, Design, Cost Planning, Sales, and Planning teams to ensure financial optimization.
Challenge inputs to maintain commercial discipline and realism.
