Job summary

Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) seeks a Senior Manager - Project Controls (Planning, Risk & Business Reporting) to lead planning, risk, and governance reporting across assigned programs. You will provide leadership with visibility of delivery status, key risks, schedule impacts, and overall program health.

This role requires 10–15 years of project controls experience and a strong track record in major construction environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Architecture Construction Management, Business Management or relevant field of study.
• 10–15 years' project controls experience with leadership and multi-discipline project exposure.
• Regional experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of project controls in major construction environments.
• Proficient use of PRISM, Primavera P6, Aconex, ARM, PowerBI or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning and scheduling across programs.
• Govern baselines: scope, schedule, assumptions, milestones.
• Oversee business performance reporting and executive dashboards.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and recovery planning.
• Lead enterprise risk management and risk reporting.
• Coordinate governance submissions and project control reviews.
• Drive KPI frameworks and performance measurement methodologies.
• Present delivery performance and risks to senior leadership.
• Develop recovery strategies for schedule or performance concerns.
