Job summary

HungerStation, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Performance Senior Manager to drive HungerStation Market's business performance by delivering insights, analysis, and actionable recommendations to senior management.

You will partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Logistics, Product, Marketing, and BI to monitor metrics, lead forecasting, budgeting, and OKR planning, and build analytical frameworks to improve decision-making and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in performance management, strategy, management consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, business analytics, e-commerce, or technology.
• Strong experience in business performance management, strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, marketplaces, retail, or technology is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or another relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Own HungerStation Market performance reporting across financial, commercial, customer, and operational metrics.
• Monitor performance, identify key drivers and gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead weekly and monthly business reviews, executive updates, and performance deep dives.
• Support senior management with ad hoc analysis on critical business topics.
• Lead business forecasting and support annual and strategic planning.
• Drive OKR setting, tracking, and performance management.
• Support P&L management and identify key revenue, cost, investment, and profitability drivers.
• Build analytical frameworks and models to improve business decision-making.
