EFG (ESL FACEIT Group) in Riyadh seeks a Senior Manager for Corporate Marketing & Communications to lead the company’s communications strategy, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement across channels. The role reports to Marketing and requires senior-level vision to align governance priorities with global positioning.

You will oversee messaging, leadership communications, campaigns, crises planning, and coordinating with legal, strategy, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Education as stated: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years in corporate communications, institutional marketing, or public relations.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholder environments. Preferred background in gaming/esports.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement corporate marketing and communications strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Define corporate messaging frameworks, narratives, and positioning across channels.
• Lead communications planning for major announcements, partnerships, milestones, and initiatives.
• Establish governance, approval processes, and editorial planning frameworks.
• Advise senior leadership on strategy, reputation, and stakeholder engagement approaches.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of campaigns, executive messaging, and content programs.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Partnerships, Government Relations, Legal, Strategy, and Events teams.
