Job summary

TMC Middle East is seeking a Senior Manager – Digital Product & Portfolio Management to lead a high-impact digital portfolio in Saudi Arabia. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12+ years experience, including 3–5+ years in senior digital product or portfolio roles.
• Proven ownership of discovery, roadmapping, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery.
• Solid understanding of SaaS ecosystems and API integrations.
• Strong commercial analysis, executive communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain an integrated digital product portfolio roadmap with prioritisation.
• Lead end-to-end product discovery with business, UX/CX, analytics, and technology teams.
• Coordinate capabilities across eCommerce, CRM, analytics, AI, and partners.
• Maintain product backlogs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive portfolio governance, intake, stage-gate, UAT, and post-launch optimisation.
