Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Development Leader to oversee planning, design, approvals, and delivery of large-scale projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, drive business cases, and align with strategic and financial objectives across development pipelines.

You will mentor teams, manage stakeholders including government authorities and investors, review feasibility studies, and guide procurement and commercial negotiations to ensure on-time, within-budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8–12 years progressive experience in real estate or infrastructure development.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of development projects from concept through delivery readiness.
• Develop and maintain business cases, strategies, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, market assessments, financial analyses, and development evaluations.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Project Delivery, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Commercial, and Operations.
• Manage consultants and external advisors in planning, design studies, and execution.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with government entities, regulators, investors, and partners.
• Monitor development performance; provide progress reports to senior leadership.
• Support procurement strategies and commercial negotiations for development projects.
• Identify risks/opportunities and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure governance, standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and support development team members.

Job description

Lead the planning, development, and delivery of real estate, infrastructure, mixed-use, or destination development projects from concept through approval and execution stages.

Manage development activities, business cases, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination to ensure alignment with strategic, commercial, financial, and operational objectives.

Support the successful delivery of development programs by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor development performance and provide regular progress updates, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership
• Support procurement strategies and commercial negotiations related to development projects
• Identify development risks and opportunities and implement appropriate mitigation and value enhancement strategies
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance requirements, development standards, and regulatory obligations
• Mentor and support development team members while promoting collaboration and high performance

Minimum Qualifications
