Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an senior leader to head its development finance function for major infrastructure, real estate, and strategic investments. You will establish optimal funding strategies, capital structures, and financial solutions to support sustainable growth.

You will provide executive leadership on project financing, feasibility assessments, and capital allocation, driving value creation and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA/CPA/ACCA/FRM or MBA are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of financing strategies for major programs and projects.
