Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Construction Management to lead the execution of large-scale infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality across the programme.

You will oversee contractors and consultants, drive value engineering, risk mitigation, and proactive stakeholder engagement to deliver master-planned developments and mega projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 12+ years of construction management experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, residential, mixed-use, or major development projects.
• Certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction activities from mobilization through completion and handover.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and site supervision teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, resources, and construction performance.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety policies.
• Oversee planning, sequencing, and execution strategies.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures to protect cost, schedule, and quality.
• Review contractor progress, changes, claims, and commercial issues.
• Coordinate with design, project management, procurement, HSE, and operations teams.
• Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and productivity improvements.
• Resolve technical, construction, and interface issues promptly.
• Prepare executive reports and provide updates to senior leadership.

The Senior Manager, Construction Management is responsible for leading the execution and delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and project objectives. The role oversees contractors, consultants, and project teams throughout the construction lifecycle while driving operational excellence and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in construction management, with significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, residential, mixed-use, or major development projects.
• Proven track record managing contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration, and quality management.
• Experience working on complex master-planned developments, mega projects, or large infrastructure programs is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or equivalent are advantageous.
