Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an Associate Director - Compliance, Audit, Learning and Development to lead our compliance and audit functions while shaping robust learning programs across the organization.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, oversee regulatory adherence, conduct internal audits, and design development initiatives that align with strategic objectives and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Compliance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10-12 years of experience in compliance, audit, or learning and development roles, preferably in large-scale organizations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance best practices.
• Experience in conducting audits and implementing compliance programs and improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training and development programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proven leadership and team management experience with a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining integrity.

Responsibilities

About the Role:
