The role requires deep AWS expertise, strong commercial leadership, and a track record of enterprise cloud sales and successful migrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own AWS new sales bookings, revenue, and gross profit targets.
• Drive demand generation, account planning, and opportunity development with sales teams.

• Lead presales activities: reviews, proposals, effort estimation, pricing, exec presentations.
• Develop AWS-focused offerings: migration, modernization, DR, data analytics, AI enablement.
• Manage AWS partnerships: co-selling, funding programs, engagements, enablement.
• Oversee delivery governance to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor milestones, commitments, risks, dependencies for revenue realization.
• Support strategic customer engagements and executive discussions.
• Develop and mentor presales and cloud engineering teams.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager AWS to lead the growth, presales, and delivery governance of AWS cloud services and solutions. This role is responsible for driving business development, achieving revenue and sales targets, managing strategic AWS partnerships, and overseeing successful cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial leadership with deep AWS expertise to deliver innovative cloud solutions and business value.

Key Accountabilities:

• Own and achieve AWS new sales bookings, revenue, and gross profit targets.
• Drive demand generation, account planning, and opportunity development alongside sales and account management teams.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline while ensuring forecast accuracy and opportunity conversion.
• Lead presales activities including solution reviews, proposal development, effort estimation, pricing strategies, and executive customer presentations.
• Develop AWS-focused offerings covering cloud adoption, migration, modernization, disaster recovery, resilience, data analytics, and AI enablement.
• Manage strategic relationships with AWS, including co-selling initiatives, funding programs, partner engagements, and technical enablement activities.
• Oversee implementation governance through delivery managers and technical leads to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project milestones, commercial commitments, risks, and dependencies to ensure revenue realization and margin targets.
• Support strategic customer engagements and executive-level discussions throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and mentor presales and cloud engineering teams while optimizing resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within AWS service offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• AWS certifications.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification.
• +8 years of experience in cloud computing, infrastructure services, or technology consulting.
• Experience in cloud business management, presales leadership, or cloud practice leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving enterprise cloud sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Experience leading AWS cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience managing strategic cloud partnerships and enterprise customer relationships.
