Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (Saudi Arabia Branch) is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead and deliver IT engagements for enterprise clients. You will manage end-to-end work streams, align with customer outcomes, and drive governance to ensure successful cloud-based solutions.

You will lead multiple Agile teams, coordinate with AWS stakeholders and client executives, and travel to client locations as needed to ensure delivery excellence and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5 years of leading multiple Agile teams or at scale.
• 7 years of leading and delivering enterprise IT engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS.
• Experience in enterprise IT as a vendor consultant or similar.
• 7 years delivering customer engagements in a professional services role.

Key job responsibilities

As Engagement Manager you will manage projects independently and also deliver as part of larger teams

You will own work streams end to end starting by understanding the customer required outcomes then leading the team through delivery managing customer expectations proactively handling risks and following an effective governance structure in order to deliver solutions tied to the customer business objectives You will communicate in an effective way with AWS team members and stakeholders as well as with customer counterparts Achieving customer satisfaction will be a relevant driver of your work

As an Amazonian leader you will embrace and apply the Amazon Leadership Principles proactively engaging other teams to learn and share and participating actively in the recruitment and onboarding of future team members

This is a customer facing role You will be required to travel to client locations and deliver professional services when needed

Basic Qualifications

• 5 years of leading multiple Agile teams like Scrum Masters Product Owners concurrently or at scale experience
• 7 years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience
• Bachelor s degree in STEM field
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or equivalent
• Experience in leading multiple Agile teams like Scrum Masters Product Owners concurrently or at scale
• Experience in enterprise IT either as a vendor consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs
• 7 years of delivering customer engagements in a professional services role experience

Preferred Qualifications

• project management certification such as PMP Scrum or other Agile certification

• Experience with Agile or other program management methodologies
• Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives IT and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent
