Job summary

Maven Insights is seeking a skilled Senior Management Consultant to join our team. Most projects are based in the GCC, with a focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will formulate hypotheses, structure workstreams, synthesize data, and present findings to clients, while mentoring juniors and building strong client relationships. This role offers international exposure and diverse industry experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Total of 6 to 8 years of experience, including 3 to 4 years in management consulting.
• Experience in GCC / Saudi-focused engagements.

Responsibilities

• Formulate hypotheses and independently structure work within assigned streams.
• Synthesize data to draw conclusions and actionable insights.
• Develop compelling story lines for assigned work streams.
• Engage with clients by presenting findings through compelling PPTs.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Build and maintain relationships with mid-level client management.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals.
