Job summary

Vitatech Group® Middle East is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations in Riyadh, coordinating transportation, warehousing, and shipment planning to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

The role requires 5–10 years of logistics experience in KSA, strong knowledge of customs and warehousing, and proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus; you will lead a logistics team and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of logistics/supply chain experience, preferably in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of KSA logistics, customs, transportation, and warehousing.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Plan and coordinate shipments for timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage transporters, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers.
• Monitor inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with KSA customs, transportation regulations, and company policies.
• Optimize routes, logistics processes, and transportation costs.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, and discrepancies.
• Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and performance analysis.
• Lead and develop logistics staff.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
