Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC is seeking a Logistics Manager - Construction (on shore and offshore) to plan and manage logistics, transportation, and site deliveries for complex construction projects, ensuring timely support to operations.

The candidate will hold a Bachelor's/Diploma in logistics and 20+ years of experience in construction or marine environments, with strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Logistics or related field.
• 20+ years of logistics experience, preferably in construction/marine sectors.
• Excellent coordination, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish full logistics plan for the project, including transport, deliveries, storage, and distribution to on shore and off shore sites.
• Manage logistics for infrastructure and marine construction projects.
• Coordinate movement of heavy equipment, machinery, materials, and marine resources.
• Manage logistics subcontractors, suppliers, transporters, and service providers.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, construction, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, permits, and applicable regulations.
• Monitor logistics costs, schedules, resources, and operational efficiency.
• Resolve transportation, delivery, customs, and site logistics issues.
