Qualifications

• Strong technical legal knowledge with commercial understanding of construction agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, negotiation, and drafting of contracts and legal agreements.
• Provide ongoing legal advisory support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advise on regulatory compliance including anti-bribery and data protection.
