Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering is required.
• Factory service training on LC-MS equipment is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to maintenance and troubleshooting requests.
• Coordinate with end-user to schedule equipment maintenance and other services.
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and vendors.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and SOPs are maintained.
