Job summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a qualified Landscape/Architect Inspector to ensure landscaping and architectural works meet project specifications and regulations. You will inspect, monitor, and guide contractors to maintain quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field and a minimum of 5 years in landscape and architectural inspection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in landscape architecture, architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape and architectural inspection or related roles.
• Strong understanding of landscape design, plants and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent observational and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect landscape and architectural works to ensure compliance with designs, specifications and standards.
• Monitor contractor performance, quality of materials and work processes on-site.
• Identify non-conformities and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Review project documentation and ensure submittals comply with requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and site activities.
• Collaborate with project team to resolve design and construction issues.
• Participate in meetings to provide project updates and address concerns.
