Job summary

HanmiGlobal is seeking a detail-oriented Landscape/Architect Inspector to oversee landscape and architectural construction activities on-site. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specs, safety rules, and industry standards while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to safeguard design intent.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture, at least 5 years of field inspection experience, and strong knowledge of materials and QA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision, inspection, or quality control of landscape and architectural works.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, installation practices, and quality assurance procedures.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, urban development, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and authority requirements is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect landscape and architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor site activities and verify that construction methods and materials meet quality standards.
• Review and witness testing, installations, and inspections related to landscape and architectural components.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective action recommendations.
• Verify contractor progress and ensure works are executed according to approved schedules.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and method statements related to landscape and architectural works.
• Coordinate with project engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements on-site.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, observations, and project documentation.
• Support project closeout activities, snagging inspections, and final acceptance processes.
