Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a senior surveyor to establish and maintain comprehensive survey-control networks for large-scale residential and commercial developments.

You will verify contractor setting-out, check coordinates and tolerances, conduct topographical and as-built surveys, review reports, and coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, infrastructure, and landscape teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of land and construction surveying experience.
• Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical survey-control networks.
• Verify contractor setting-out for buildings, roads, infrastructure, utilities, landscaping, and public-realm works.
• Check coordinates, levels, gridlines, boundaries, profiles, and construction tolerances.
• Conduct topographical, dimensional, as-built, and quantity surveys.
• Review contractor survey reports, calculations, sketches, and as-built records.
• Coordinate survey requirements with civil, structural, architectural, infrastructure, and landscape teams.
• Maintain accurate survey records and valid equipment-calibration certificates.
