Job summary

Colleges of Excellence is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development and training programs, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality, and alignment with client needs in Saudi Arabia.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources, apply Earned Value Management, and report progress to executives. A PMP certification and 8–11 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years of proven experience managing and executing projects similar in scope.
• Experience with budget allocation, scheduling, and resource management.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor all project phases, including budget, scheduling, and resources.
• Ensure all deliverables meet defined specifications, requirements, and quality standards.
• Analyze change requests and manage scope, risks, and impact.
• Track progress with KPIs, schedule variance, and completion rates; report status and finances.
• Provide logistical support including procurement, recruitment, and man-hour monitoring.
• Address obstacles promptly; escalate critical issues to senior management.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and partners for alignment.
• Assist in developing technical and financial proposals for RFPs.
• Prepare high-level presentations and progress reports for executives.
• Manage project documentation and archive Lessons Learned as assets.

General Objective:

To manage, execute, and deliver projects successfully in accordance with the highest standards of quality and professionalism. The Project Manager is responsible for adhering to approved methodologies while maintaining a sharp focus on client needs to ensure all project strategic goals are met.

Years of Experience:

8 to 11 years of proven experience in managing and executing projects similar in nature to the company’s scope and target clientele.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Lifecycle Management: Plan, execute, and monitor all project phases, including budget allocation, scheduling, and resource management.
• Quality Assurance & Delivery: Ensure all project deliverables meet the defined specifications, requirements, and quality standards.
• Change Management: Analyze change requests and take necessary actions to mitigate risks or adjust project scopes.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), schedule variance, and completion rates. Provide periodic reports on project status and financial performance.
• Logistical Support: Provide and manage all support services necessary for efficient project execution, including procurement, recruitment, and monitoring man-hours.
• Problem Solving & Escalation: Address technical and administrative obstacles promptly; escalation critical issues to senior management when necessary.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain continuous communication with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
• RFP & Proposal Contribution: Assist in developing technical and financial proposals for external projects and tenders (RFPs).
• Presentation & Reporting: Prepare high-level presentations and progress reports for executive management and stakeholders.
• Project Documentation: Manage all project-related documentation, archive records, and document "Lessons Learned" as company organizational assets.

Professional Certifications & Skills:

• PMP® Certified (Project Management Professional).

Financial & Schedule Proficiency:

• Deep understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), specifically CPI (Cost Performance Index) and SPI (Schedule Performance Index).

Software Mastery:

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project (MS Project) and other PM tools.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field.
