Job summary

Discovered MENA is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to co-lead transformation, security, and scaling of our enterprise technology Stack. You will own virtualized environments, financial-grade network architecture, and a multi-cloud footprint across Azure, GCP, and AWS.

You will administer VMware/Hyper-V, manage Firewalls and VPNs, and collaborate with the Infrastructure Manager on strategy, security, and DR planning while providing Tier 3 support, patches, backups, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure.
• Strong background in cybersecurity and firewall management.
• Direct experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and multi-cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an ambitious Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to co-lead the transformation, security, and scaling of our enterprise technology stack alongside the IT Infrastructure Manager.

In this role, you will hold key ownership over our mission-critical virtualized environments, financial-grade network architecture, and multi-cloud footprint across Azure, GCP, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and scale VMware / Hyper-V environments.
• Manage firewalls, routing/switching, VPNs, and cybersecurity posture.
• Configure and maintain services across Azure, GCP, and AWS.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with the Infrastructure Manager on strategy, security, and DR planning.
• Provide Tier 3 support, system patching, backups, and monitoring.
