Job summary

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. seeks an experienced Lead for IT Infrastructure & Operations to oversee maintenance and managed services across servers, OS, virtualization, networks, storage, and security. You will manage escalations, drive RCA, and coordinate major upgrades and DR tests.

You will partner with service desks, application teams, and vendors to ensure service continuity, while documenting procedures and supporting capacity planning. On-site presence in Riyadh is required.

Qualifications

• BSc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years in IT Infrastructure & Operations with leadership on large managed-services projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infra, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, DR, and monitoring.
• ITIL practices knowledge including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• ITIL or equivalent service-management certification.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work onsite in Riyadh, meet SLAs, and participate in on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations for Infrastructure Maintenance & Managed Services.
• Lead technical escalations for critical incidents and ensure RCA and corrective actions.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, migrations, patches, and production changes with risk reviews and testing.
• Monitor availability, performance, capacity, and SLA compliance; identify risks and improvements.
• Coordinate with technical teams, service desk, applications, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Lead disaster recovery coordination for major incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
• Support lifecycle and capacity planning, service improvements, and transition activities.
• Participate in on-call support as required.

Job description

• Lead technical escalations for critical incidents, coordinate troubleshooting, and ensure root-cause analysis and corrective actions are completed.
• Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, migrations, patches, and production changes, including impact assessments, risk reviews, testing, and rollback plans.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, and SLA compliance, identifying operational risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical teams, service desk, application teams, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
• Lead technical coordination for disaster recovery, service restoration, and major infrastructure incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Support infrastructure lifecycle and capacity planning, service improvements, and transition activities.
• Participate in on-call support and respond to critical incidents when required.

Requirements

• BSc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ Yrs. of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations, including technical leadership on large managed-services projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, risk assessment, and technical coordination skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• ITIL or equivalent service-management certification.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work onsite in Riyadh, meet agreed SLAs, and participate in on-call support.
