Job summary

PwC Middle East in Jeddah seeks a Senior Associate in Risk Consulting to strengthen client internal controls and risk frameworks. You will work with a team of problem solvers on end-to-end engagements delivering assurance and advisory services across the region.

The role requires strong communication in English and Arabic, with travel across the Middle East. You will mentor juniors, manage engagements, and contribute to PwC's risk and controls offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
• Progress toward CIA/CPA/CRMA/CFE/CGRCP/PMP/CMA is a plus.
• 3–6 years in internal audit, preferably in a Big 4 firm.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Assist Managers and above to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Engage diverse teams to ensure audits meet timelines and KPIs.
• Develop internal audit and risk management strategies to strengthen controls.
• Identify risks, define audit methodology, and improve processes.
• Build client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Lead engagements end-to-end and manage budgets and stakeholders.
