Job summary

PwC Middle East is seeking a Senior Associate in Risk Consulting to help strengthen internal controls and governance across client organisations in the Middle East. You will work with diverse teams, lead engagements from planning through execution, and support the client’s risk management program.

You are expected to have 3–6 years in internal audit, strong communication, and bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related discipline.
• Progressive experience at Senior Associate level or 3–6 years in internal audit.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English with strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on risk and internal controls.
• Engage with diverse teams from planning to completion of audits and monitor progress.
• Help clients improve internal control maturity and mitigate risks.
• Define audit methodology, assess risks, and suggest process improvements.
• Build client relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to business development.
• Lead engagements end-to-end including budgeting, team management and reporting.
