Job summary

Design De La Belle Interiors is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for interior fit-out projects in Al Khobar. This on-site, full-time role focuses on driving revenue, expanding the client base, and coordinating with design and project teams to align client needs and budgets.

You will identify leads, manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and present to clients while negotiating contracts and terms. Regular site visits and industry networking are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B and B2C sales for interior design or fit-outs.
• Develop leads, manage sales pipeline, present proposals, negotiate terms.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, finishes, and execution workflows.
• Excellent communication and client management, with strong relationships.
• Experience in Gulf region/Al Khobar market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads, manage pipeline.
• Prepare proposals and quotations; conduct client presentations.
• Site visits; coordinate with design and project teams.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
• Provide sales forecasts and management reports.
• Represent the studio at industry events.
