Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Saudi National Interior Designer to support a major supervision project in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will oversee interior fit-out works, ensuring alignment with design specs, quality standards, and client expectations.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in interior design with a strong background in construction supervision, site coordination, and design management for large-scale developments in the Middle East, preferably with knowledge of local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional interior design experience.
• Strong background in construction supervision and site coordination.
• Experience with large-scale commercial, hospitality, residential, and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi regulations and local standards is a plus.
• Saudi National is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise interior design (ID) works, managing a dedicated team throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with architects and design disciplines to resolve issues and ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide input on materials and finishes.
• Contribute to and approve construction ID details.
• Manage and review construction documentation, including shop drawings and submittals, and highlight discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings for project records.
