Job summary

WSP in the Middle East seeks a Senior ID Manager to lead interior design efforts for projects in Riyadh. You will manage a dedicated ID team across all project phases and work closely with architects and other design disciplines to resolve design and construction challenges.

The role requires extensive experience in architectural design management, especially with high-rise towers, and a track record of leading large-scale projects in the Middle East. A transferable Iqama is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related subject.
• 15+ years’ experience in Architecture, ID and Design.
• Experience in architectural design management.
• Experience with high-rise towers (ideally 300+ meters).
• Experience leading delivery of large-scale projects in the Middle East.
• Transferable Iqama.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise interior design works, managing a dedicated team through all project phases.
• Collaborate with architects and other design disciplines to resolve issues and ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide expert input on materials and finishes, balancing client preferences with requirements.
• Contribute to and approve construction ID details, ensuring alignment with the design vision.
• Manage and review construction documentation, including shop drawings, submittals, method statements, and reflect design intent while highlighting discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings for project records.
